Ieshea Azeez is an entrepreneur who thrives at the intersection of business development and strategic leadership. As the Founder and CEO of IA Realty Solutions, she's carved a niche in the real estate industry, particularly with her expertise in property acquisition. Since 2019, Ieshea has also served on the board of Excell Construction Inc., where her keen eye for client relationships and project oversight has fuelled success.

Previously, she played a pivotal role as a director at Guyana Sunrise Mining, a company Involved in exploration and mineral resource development. In this role, she spearheaded strategic planning and ensured unwavering compliance with regulations.
